The national AIESEC chapter site was on a tired WordPress setup. Editorial team was blocked on every change; conference microsites were hand-rolled each cycle.
Approach
Rebuilt on React + Next.js. Full blog section on Sanity CMS, four conference microsites built on a shared structure.
Result
Conference microsites collectively drove over 1,000 registrations.
