Problem
A streetwear brand targeting international markets needed a full e-commerce operation built from the ground up. Strong identity and product range, no digital infrastructure. The store had to look custom, be manageable by a non-technical team, and ship with the operational systems of an established brand from launch day.
Approach
Custom frontend written from scratch inside WordPress for full design control, with WooCommerce on the backend for content/commerce manageability. Structured for a global customer base with the UK as primary launch market — GBP pricing, Men/Women × Hoodies/T-Shirts/Tracksuits/Bags category architecture, location-based payment configuration. Klaviyo connected directly to WooCommerce with welcome and abandoned-cart flows live before launch. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel installed and configured pre-launch.
Result
Store launched with the infrastructure of an established brand, not a startup figuring things out after going live.
